Carlisle Street in East St Kilda is home to a number if pigeons but the dogs that live, walk and wait along the strip treat them as if they are part of the pavement.The pigeons are always bustling about while the dogs spend much of their time waiting to move on, and sometimes, if it takes too long and nothing much is happening, they take a nap – a dog nap.
